How much is shipping?

Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners. Some items ship from overseas warehouses, which is why delivery can take up to about two weeks. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first at mse@globso.com and we'll send return instructions. Some personal-care items can only be returned if they arrive defective. Read the full return policy.

Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make it right.
